"We can not find much information on it after calling the credit protector department and my supervisor, since it does not state that you have to use your citi card , you can use any receipts. "

I mailed the coupon along with gas receipts on Dec 4th using paypal first class mail which enables me to track the delivery status. This is what I got from the USPS delivery status confirmation yesterday.

I have to wonder... Are they playing a "not delivered on time" game or what? Is there anybody who can confirm they received the coupon mailed? And as a reminder for those who are going to submit the coupon, make sure to have a tracking number for the mail or register-mail it to be on the safe side.

And I will report later when the mail is redelivered or returned to me.

I got $100 saying it bounces back to you. dude, it is a rebate center, what were you thinking? id start saving more receipts, so when it comes back you can re-send it with the fresh receipts. this time send it reg mail.

It's a post office box. That usually means (from my experience) that they put a notice in the box telling them to pick up the envelope.

I have never had a problem with it being returned, however.

If I sumbit the gas receipt which has other person's name, is it still okay for the rebate?

I can not use 200 dollar gas in one month because everyday I take bus to office. Could I use my firiends' receipt? but there are their name in the receipt.

Tried signing up with my Citi Pro card but it wouldn't take the application
Then tried my Dividend card and it worked fine
