In early December I was only creditted with 5000 points. Called and was told to fax the offer details. I did so, sending them the F1M3 offer from my Sunday newspaper. Got a letter in mid-December stating there was a "system problem" that prevented 10,000 points from being awarded and I would get the additional 5000 points within 2 billing periods. Still waiting. |

Today I was excited because it is my statement date and I was promised my missing 5000 points on the next statement. Logged on and there was the new statement. Still no missing points. They have a mailed copy of the F1M3 promo nad several phone calls. I will keep trying but it would be nice if someone posted a success story here. |

My statement just came as well, and the 5000 points I'm owed did not show up. I called and was told they be there on or before my next statement date (3/5). |

Anyone seen the 5,000 points they are due? Have called multiple times, even been sent a letter stating that they would show up, but nothing yet. Time to get nasty with Citi. |

Same problem here...I am faxing in the ad to open up a dispute...they said to call back in 24-48 hours to verify they have received the fax and opened the dispute...Everyone keep posting here please to let us know if you get the extra 5000 points.

Called again tonight. The points are on the account, but since there was no activity on the account, a stmt wasn't generated so they were not transfered to TY network. What a mess. So, another purchase is going to be required to get the 5,000 to transfer. She offered an additional 5,000 for the inconvenience, so I guess that is something. Hopefully it will all be resolved with the March stme, but I'm not holding my breath. |

An additional 5k points with a purchase? That's hot; almost enough for a $50 gc. Is there a minimum on the purchase? |

If all that's needed to move the points is to cause a statement to generate I'd consider sending $1 payment through billpay. Then request a refund check next statement period. That would generate 2 statements, cost them whatever it does to cut and mail a check, and give me the warm fuzzies. |

The only reason another payment is needed is to get the stmt to generate. Any activity would be fine. A small purchase is easiest for me. |

I also finally received my missing 5000 points. This after 2 calls and sending proof of offer F1M3. They said it would take 2 statements and it did. |

Finally got my other 5000 points today. Took 3 statements after I called and furnished proof of the promo in mid-December. |
