For now, I want to limit this thread to just credit cards....There are some bank account offers floating around but generally those offers are for first time bank customers and not repeatable for income.

CREDIT CARD OFFERS I started by simply searching FW for some of the recent posts..and am working on listing the offers that havent expired....
Also, folks should check out Cardoffers.com to determine if applying through there will result in the better net (i.e. some offers through there have reduced ty point bonuses to go with the cardoffers bonus)...also, check out Citibank's website. NOTE THAT CARDOFFERS HAS OVER 20 CITIBANK CARDS CURRENTLY LISTED.
This has been reported in several posts but "Balance transfer APR: As long as first balance transfer is completed within 12 months from date of account opening, 0.00% for 12 months from date of first balance transfer." is good deal on Citibank personal cards because it gives you up to 24 months at 0% since it allows you to "bank" one of the 2 personal cards for 12 months that you get in an AOR. Effective credit relocation is your friend.
I.E. Get 2 personal cards with cl of 10k each. Move 9500k from card A to card B for total cl of 19500 and bt to this card for 11-12 months and make min. payments. Pay off and move card B credit limit back to card A and bt for another 11-12 months. My experience is that citibank requires $500 remain on 1 credit card. Once the BT offers have expired on a card, some relocate all but 500 from a card and wait for the next available CLI to harvest more available credit. Apply for more cards and grow your available credit with Citibank.
Some have reported that the Professional card may allow relocation in the near future. The biz cards apparently allow relocation from personal limits for a short period at signup with a special number to call at Citibank. Others have reported that the "co-branded" cards do not allow reallocation.

Nice job OP. Who's gonna do the Citi banking thread? It might be interesting, since there are also a few tricks with the accounts to get TY points, there's also the 5% savings account etc. that might be useful to discuss.
I can add some of the banking info a little latter....my concern is that there is a lot of offers posted that seem targeted...and a few threads of people complaining about getting their opening reward....some discussion on their savings account would be good.
I am also looking for some write up or threads on the Drivers Edge card...I know some folks apply for one of these every year as a strategy...
What I would like to know is if anybody ever successfully converted the Hilton card to a regular citi card. I've read numerous posts that it's not possible to reallocate the credit line from Hilton to any other citi card, but how about just asking the CSR to convert the Hilton card to some plain vanilla citi mastercard and go from there? I don't personally have the hilton card, but I'm planning on including it in my future AOR, so this info would be good to know.
Apply through Cardoffers for 15k HH points bonus on the the Citi HHonors card and $30. Though I have not seen the $30 post yet (cardoffers told me that citi is notorious for slowness in reporting).
Thanks OP! This makes AOR research and scanning for promotional deals (like the $5 GCO) much easier. Now we just need a consolidated thread for every other big CC issuer.

I tried with a few calls and there is no way to leave the "Hilton family" At first I was told they would report my credit limit on the signature card and that also never got done. So best I was able to do was get them to convert it to a CITI Hilton Platinum card and my $50k credit limit showed up instantly.

Too bad.
Some discussion on the Drivers Edge card in another thread...I added some info here on it....I have read some folks apply for a new card every year to get the 6% rebate....might be a good alt. to the Dividend Select esp. if you spend a lot on gas and groceries and drive a lot...You can get up to 500 in driving rebates but are limited to what you get in rebates at supermarkets, drugstores and gas stations and other purchases and special rebates...
i.e. you would need to spend $8333 at supermarkets, drugstores and gas stations in a year ($694.40/month) to get the maximum rebates….8333x0.06 =$500 in spending rebates...to get a potential $500/year in driving rebates…
Others have reported that the driving rebate has to be on 1 car….$1/100 miles would need to drive 50,000 miles to max out the $500 in driving rebates…
There is a table on the Citibank’s site with some assumptions....The issue with our grocery spending is a lot of it is at Superwalmart, which we use Chase's Cash Plus to get 5% (Citibank has been reported to not get the higher rebate there)....
Edit: another potential thing to weigh with this card: you would want to use it for purchases for the 6% rebate the first year and the 2nd year, can use for the BT offer since it has the language "Balance transfer APR: As long as first balance transfer is completed within 12 months from date of account opening, 0.00% for 12 months from date of first balance transfer" that allows you to bank the offer for 12 months...
AS ALWAYS, DO YOUR OWN MATH TO SEE IF THIS CARD IS WORTHWILE FOR YOU...
Added Fat Wallet Post for 15k TY Point offer and NO Annual Fee for Premier Pass Elite Apparently, this is from a MSN.com popup ad so try refeshing for the offer....As long as first balance transfer is completed within 12 months from date of account opening, 0% for 12 months from date of first balance transfer. Also, the BT fee is waived with this offer.
Since this appears to be the closest thing to a Citibank Master thread, I need some help getting a new Citi Card.
My FAKOs are 750+ and household income is 100K+, but Citibank denied my application for a new balance transfer card because I have too many inquiries on Experian. The CSR said I needed to have less than 3 inquiries. Before my app-o-ramma, I had 12 inquiries on Experian. I now have 28 inquiries.
I already have 35K in credit across two citi cards, but I need a new card for a good balance transfer offer.
A first step, does anyone have a good phone number directly to the Citi Credit approval department? The other major banks are giving me huge credit limits once I fax in my tax returns. I would think Citi would reconsider if I could get a human to review my financials.
I cashed several balance transfer checks today and those will hit my credit report shortly, so my time window is pretty short.

Might try the Application Status Check Thread. I called up for status on a CitiProfessional card and the IVR menu gave me the impression that it might be The Place To Go for your kind of question as well-- since it's a brand new app vs. a CLI. Don't know for sure, but maybe worth a try.
hey waterman....not all citicards pull from the same credit bureau....check out the creditpull groups on yahoo and maybe google....credit boards apparently has a list, also....for example for me (Wisconsin), most of the personal cards pull TU and the biz and prof. cards pull eqx.....I also make a short running list off of my credit monitoring...
