My last statement just came in and the interest rate was adjusted back to 0% however I didn't receive a credit for the finance charge assessed last month. Anyone else?

Same here. I am at 0% and no new interest has accumulated but I still have $100 in interest charges hanging in there. I'm calling them again today to get the latest story. If I don't get anywhere today, I'm sending certified letters to the execs.

UPDATE: I just spoke to them and they said it would take two more billing cycles. I told them that this happened back in NOVEMBER and it's already been two billing cycles. He put me on hold and said it would be ONE more billing cycle. He told me to call back next week if it hadn't been fixed. Geez.

I just got credited back the finance charges that were applied in November 2006. This appeared as a credit adjustment in the middle of the billing cycle. |

DITTO - I just got my full interest credited back. Funny thing was I also got an extra "insurance premium credit" of $2.22 (?)

I also got my interest (>$200) refunded, a $1.88 insurance premium credit, a 1 cent "CB reversal" and a -1 cent reversal of the reversal. And I ended up with -2 rewards points, so I'm worried they might come to my house and take my gift cards. |

I got my interest credited back to me on January 9. I also got a letter of apology from the lady in the executive office. No other extra credit though. |

I too got my interest credited back but it's too little too late. Three months of arguing to fix an error THEY made is ridiculous. As soon as my 0% APR is over, I'm closing my account. Too bad to because I was planning on using this card for all my purchases moving forward but now I'll have to find a better reward card.

I also received my finance charge credit over the weekend. However I already went ahead and paid off the BT so I will just let this card sit idle now. |

Me too. I don't want to use this card any more.
Any one tried to get the Credit Balance Refund from HSBC? How soon would the check be mailed? (I didn't find the option online.)
TIA.
