Thanks for posting this. I used this as part of my AOR last week, though forgot to save the link.

Thanks for the nice find -- 5k bonus TY points over their 10k usual offering for this card. However, you should not use the same ProspectID in your url for all the applications. It would appear that the same user/session/computer is applying for all the cards.

Here is a fixed link without an included ID:
Applicatiion Link

I wouldn't call this a repost, but it's very similar to the CitiBusiness 15,000 pt. offer here.

Thanks...In for 15k bonus points and 4k limit.

Happy Holidays

I already have one of these cards (4 mo old) for a mini-AOR, can I apply for another one and get the bonus? I like the 3 points at restaurants and office supply stores.

Dose this card also offer 1 year 0% apr for balance transfer with no transfer fee?
thank you

I assume you lose the extra 5,000 points if you sign up through cardoffers.com?

Arghhh..........recently got this card without the additional 5000 points, well good post OP

Me too. Gonna see if I can get the extra 5000 from them

It seems there is no BT fee according to their T&C ....

it says $150 gift card redeemable after first purchase. Is there a minimum purchase you have to make? and can you pick whree the gift card is to? Sorry...pretty new to this whole thing.

Same here, but applied through CO for $40 bonus. Only lost ~$10 here, so not too too angry...

No minimum, or its low, my first purchase was $6 before getting the points, and i paifd it off right away so no ionterest of course.

Yes you can pick where the card is too, but watch the exchange rates. When i did this a month ago a shell $100 card was like 1,500 points more than a Macy's card. Most are about the same points but some arent.

I've got this card a couple months ago with 10k points. Can I get this card again? I heard the Sony card can.

Actually, its a 6000 TY bonus point. I've recently received TY Reward Points for 2 new cards during the past month. Anytime there's a $50 denomination they give you 6000 points for it. This works great for me since I only cash out on $100 gift cards, essentially making this work as a $60 dollar bonus.

With the bonuses and whatever thankyou points I had remaining, I cashed them both out on 2 $100 Macys cards at 9000 TY points a piece.

Mucho Savings. I love this program.

Got the credit card in the mail today. Now I'm applying for a card for my wife as well.

Thanks OP.

Cardoffers just reported $40 from Citi Professional card that I applied for. This after receiving 15k points offer when I closed the browser window while applying through cardoffers. So total bonus is $190, which is the highest for any personal card currently. So instead of using the link above, use cardoffers do make even more $$$$!!

Link through cardoffers does not show 15k points. Only 10k.

You should close the browser window and you will get a pop-up with the offer for 15k points. The URL in this post is from that pop-up. Apply from that pop-up and you get 15k points and also $40 from cardoffers.

sweet. works for me - 15k pts + $40. very nice.

I've never used cardoffers before. Would any of you mind giving a quick guide on how I can get the 15k TY points and also the $40 from cardoffers? Thanks

If you apply thru cardoffers, and closed out the browser window, then you get new the pop-up for 15,000 points. That is no longer count as going thru cardoffers. I could be wrong!

How to get the pop-up? I clicked the "apply" button and closed the browser but didn't see pop-up? Can somebody give me guide?

I received some balance transfer checks for my Citi Professional account today. "0.0% APR for 12 months, no balance transfer fee". there is fine print: "We may increase this 0.0% APR if you default under any Card Agreement that you have with us or if you fail to make payments to another creditor when due."

I'm thinking to deposit $20-$24K (credit line $25K) as a CD into my credit union account (DCU, 5% APR for 12-month CD), do you see anyway I'll be burned by this? If I can guarantee that,

- I pay off the monthly minimum payment
- I pay off the balance within 12 months, which is the end of promotion

I admit I don't quite understand this phrase "if you fail to make payments to another creditor when due". Why would Citi care for another creditor here?

Thanks in advance.

If you default on any other card, from any issuer, and it shows up on your credit report, Citi can, and will, raise the interest rate from 0.00 to "insert high number here" % rate. Also, make sure that your CD is liquid enough so that you can get the money quickly in case of such an issue arrises because the longer you hold on to large balances at high interest rates, the more "YOU" pay.

Please post if anyone gets the 15K pts & $40 from cardoffers : I know it will be awhile...

Do you think you can get it again for the 15K offer & do you think it is better to cancel the card before re-applying?

I was denied this offer from Citi Bank

"We regret we are unable to approve your account. Your application was processed by a credit score system....."

Last time I checked my credit score was C. Is that too low to be approved for this card. Please help me out guys and gals.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm usually very careful with my cash flow and always have a sizeable amount in my money market account. I don't have any debt other than the mortgage. I just opened a 13-month 5.5% APR CD at DCU an hour ago.

What is a credit score of C? Credit score/ FICO score is a number not a grade.
