My TU inquiries started to disappear(last month) after about 110 total pulls. 85 of which were my daily TC pulls, and 25 were other soft pulls from various banks. For EQ it took about 130 pulls(just finished yesterday). So this "feature" is still working. |

Programmers are probably just getting their morning coffee in Chicago. They'll look at it this morning, go catch some lunch, fix it in the afternoon. I predict it will be fixed by 4:00 CST. |

I just called, and the same Indian CSRs told me it was their "internal system" problems. She said try back in 24 hrs.

Me too, called this morning (after being told to wait a couple of hours and try again yesterday morning), I can't understand what the person said, and had to read my SSN out loud three times. I finally just asked him if I should try later, and he said something that sounded like "yes", so I said thanks and good bye and hung up. |

Are people still having problems with this? I think $11 bucks a month is the greatest deal on this and was about to pull the trigger. |

I just called to see if I get one month free or some kind of introductory offer. No go. It is really difficult to understand the reps. That guy rolled his R's way too much. |

I got charged 14.95 this month for some reason and it used to be $11.21 the last 2 months. I called the 866 number and the lady emailed me a gift certificate and informed me I must sign up for it again to avoid the overcharge next month.. *sigh* EDIT: Lol now I try to sign up with this link: https://www.TrueCredit.com/orderOrigination?op=IDTheft:Right&product=CreditMonitoring&cb=WalMart It's only offering me the $14.95 plan... looks like a sly way for Transunion to get rid of the WalMart plan!! Edit#2: I signed up via the clicked with gift certificate mail. We'll see how much they charge me next month. If it's $14.95 again I'll just keep it since I already setup daily automatic bumpage with TU... |

hoxbox, I noticed I was just billed $14.95 this month as well. What number did you call to ask about the charge? |

However it may just all be for nothing. Here's my order summary using the gift certificate: It shows $14.95 I'm thinking TC purged the WalMart plan from their computers. I just got my automatic charge for this month and mine too went up suddenly from $11.21 to $14.95. I called and selected the menu for cancellation (retention I'd suppose) and told the guy that I needed to cancel and get a refund for the current charge since apparently the price went up and nobody told me. He said he'd refund the extra charge from this current bill and make sure it stays on my current plan of $11.21 per month. Obviously I'll be keeping an eye on the bill next month to make sure it works out that way. |

add me to the me too. Called and they are refunding the difference then sending the account to the technical department for "fixing". This ie truly a scam to get people that do not pay attention. |

Same story here. After several months of service with the correct $11.21 charge, this month it suddenly changed to $14.95. I was also put through the process of getting a partial credit, then cancelling the account, and signing up again with a gift certificate. The CSR said this was necessary to "reset" the account correctly. Nothing in this process reassures me that I am back on the $11.21 WalMart plan. We'll see what happens next month. If it's wrong again, it's time to cancel and move on. |

Top you all. I was charged $16.00 But I don't see anywhere on the site what they were supposed to charge. https://www.TrueCredit.com/entry/walMartEntry.jsp?cb=WalMart When you click to order they don't even have the option for the monthly charge. My receipt from end of July was: 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring -------------------------------------------- SUB TOTAL $11.21 -------------------------------------------- State SalesTax $0.78 -------------------------------------------- TOTAL $11.99 PAYMENT ============================================ VISA (************xxxx) $11.99 So I guess I am supposed to be charged $11.99 and they decided to tack $4.01 on to the bill. Seems fair enough. Not. I replied to the invoice and said I was overcharged $4.01 for August and that they should fix it or refund the entire month and cancel service. Fudkers. |

Geez, these guys are real swift. I was told 3 times the amount for the service was $14.95 and said 3 times that I signed up for $11.21 and finally she spoke to a supervisor and said they would refund the $4.01 (after tax) difference and that it should continue to be 11.99 in the future. We'll see. Kind of odd that this sort of company would be making this kind of mistake and assume that the type of people who sign up for it wouldn't catch on to being overbilled. |

I signed up for the WalMart discounted plan in March, but they charged me $14.95 this month just as I suspected they would. Didn't really need the service anymore, so I just told the CSR to cancel my subscription. |

First call was 8-30 and they said they would credit the difference and adjust the account. Nothing was credited or happened. Called today and demanded the refund and one month free. They said the price had expired and I should have been contacted. I was not contacted (nor was anyone). I'll take the one month and move to another service. |
