I've been using TurboTax for several years for my Federal Tax, but they always want me to overpay my state tax. Be very careful if you have Treasurys, especially TIPS; TurboTax doesn't understand OID.
Thank you OP. Thank you State Farm. I like State Farm: they just sent me a $500 rebate on my car insurance because they paid out fewer claims than expected in NJ!
Last year, for the first time, TurboTax let you file more than one state return. Its useful if you live in one state and work in another. And its all free from State Farm!
sweet! I like State Farm, they may charge a tad more than some of the more cut rate insurance companies, but they paid me more than I ever imagined on my hail damage claim on my beater car (basically, more than the car is worth), and you get a good multi line discount if you have house and car with them.
I did it for both federal & state last year. Unfortunately I've just switched to Geico & probalby have to use TaxAct for free Federal tax return this year.

No, I think that they'll offer the full 1040 form. They had the full form last year.

Great, nice find, I am used to only getting a 15% discount on the 1040 from ADP.com
I finally signed up online (it's a bit of a pain in MI)
By "filing" - does that mean you will be able to calculate and submit your taxes free online, via an online wizard for something? Or are you only able to simply file a completed tax form online? Either way - it's still a nice value.
Exactly where is everyone signing up? The link on the front page just says check back soon. When I log in, I only see two links on the left side - "Organize your family information with Family Matters software" and "Create your own medical ID card." There is the one revolving link, but I've hit refresh a bunch of times, and I haven't seen anything about taxes, Turbotax, etc. Maybe it's just not available for OH yet.
