When I put my VIN # on a service redemption form it updates the mileage, but apparently after it uses my existing rewards to give me the statement credit. So if I had more purchase rewards than mileage rewards and used them all for a service credit I am now starting over as far as matching my new mileage rewards. It seems better to update miles first on the separate form and then send in the service credit the following month. This may have been detailed in an earlier post but I haven't read all of them and don't see it on the quick summary. |

It is too bad. Do you have the one that stays at 3% for gas and groceries after the first year? That still works out to 6% if you have enough mileage. |

I just started rocking this version as a purchase card again 3 years into it after paying off a BT. With the neutering of TYN it was a tough call, but I'll put groceries on here vs. my Chase Rewards 3%. Gas goes on Discover More/Open Road as able to pull 5%, as not it'll go on DE. Don't drive many miles, but enough to double the points on this spending, send the points over with my Citi Forward points, maybe get to 10k for a gift card before those get even less attractive. |

Not yet......but it doesn't matter to me as I always pay in full. I pay in full always too, but it's still BS. I've NEVER been late on a payment on any of my cards. Yes, it's not an issue until something unexpected happens and you forget/get busy/have an emergency etc and make a late payment. It can happen. And whoever gave my post a negative, F you. |

Same here. I haven't noticed any APR changes, but I wouldn't care if they upped it to 100%. I used to not care because the only balance on my card was a balance transfer with a 3.99% fixed for life and I never charged on the card. However, when they offered me 2% back on any purchases made with the card, I decided to pay off my balance transfer except I mistakenly made my payment $3.00 short of the interest that had not yet accrued. Because of that mistake, all my subsequent purchases were being hit with a hefty 18.99% APR. Yeah, sure, citi, I have no problem whatsoever giving you 1/5 of everything I buy. Why stop there? Just make it 50% or 100% for the privilege of having you serve me. |

You were close to a touchdown but everyone knows the game has rules and almost doesn't count. Driver's Edge and my other Citi Cards have netted me over $1,500 in TYP and Drive Rebates so far this year so I guess I should thank you - the money has to come from someone. |

The fax number 702-797-5151 does not appear to be working today. I sent a fax on 10/23 and it went through fine, but today I am getting an invalid phone number message. I tried from the fax machine and from my cell phone just to verify I was putting in the correct number. Does anyone have an alternate fax number? Thanks UPDATE: I tried back later in the day the number worked. Must have been a short-term issue. |

And if you had few days with $0 balance, you may insist you had paid off the balance transfer in full. With current laws still in effect, it's good idea to resume using the card only after you get $0 statement balance if you paid finance fees earlier (although my personal experience with finance fees is just few dollars ) |

Is this card still available. Also if it is, do most BP stores, Quik Trips and places like that count on the 3%. There arent that many full service gas stations left |
