I already have the 2% back mastercard, but yes!! Finally, 2% back for Costco shopping!!! This is the first card ever to give 2% back at Costco. Thanks OP!!

I tried to apply, but the "APRs & card benefit" on the application page didn't show anything about "2 points". I don't konw what is going to happen.

if i wanted to reallocate credit to this account, it would have to be from a citi account, not an AMEX branded one?

I have a question. In the fine print to this offer it says "new cardmembers only." Are they referring to new cardmembers solely to this paticular card, Citi Diamond Preferred AMEX card, or new cardmembers to any Citibank credit card? I already have a Citi Platinum Select Dividend card, do you think this will cause any problems to me in getting my 10,000 TY points?

I like having multiple Citibank cards that way I can get the Citi Credit Protector $100 gas rebate multiple times. I can also get multiple $25 rebates from their Citi IndentityMonitor service.

I have Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards AMEX, Citi Professional, Dividend, Platinum all under the same Account Online user id. I have the Citi AMEX almost a year now.

Are you supposed to get an approval instantly with this card, or do you have to wait for a couple of days? I remember past cards that I got an approval immediately, but this card it said I'd find out about it in a few days.. does that mean rejected?

T&C says nothing about double pts but rather mentions the 5pts for groceries/gas/Drugstore.. can anyone confirm that this card is in fact double pts for 12 months?
