Yes, they said on the phone that every new applicant is presently getting "incomplete" application message. They claim that you will receive an email tomorrow saying the application went thru completely and everything is fine. |

Anyway, they do a hard pull and I wasn't instantly approved. They said I needed to call them. Are you sure they did a hard pull? Did you see it on your report. I need to wait till around 2:30 to update my TrueCredit and will see if I got one |

Go back to the application page and it will give you the option to complete your application and verify your trial deposits. |

I'm not 100% sure but assummed they did since it asked the whole mortgage questions list they comanpies generally do when they pull your report. |

In the past those questions have always meant no hard pull, Just a soft way to verify since loan info is public record. I have never had any loans so mine are always none of the above |

Just spoke to CSR who informed me they have modified/increased the # of banks you can setup for BTB transfers from one to three.
edit: doh! just found this in their FAQ's...
Can my FNBO Direct Online Savings Account be linked to more than one account?
Yes. In addition to the funding account that you link to when you open your FNBO Direct account, you may link up to two more external accounts to your FNBO Direct Online Savings Account. You are limited to three "linked accounts" (the funding account and up to two more accounts). You may transfer money between those external "linked accounts" and your FNBO Direct Online Savings Account. |

I too confirm that FNBO Direct is not available on Yodlee, and encourage everyone to ask Yodlee to add it.
To do so: Click on "Submit Service Request" from the top right block of links after logging into Yodlee Select "Suggest a Site" Account type - Banking Site Name - FNBO Direct URL - https://www.fnbodirect.com/
You can also enter your login info for development purposes. I must admit I chickened out. It is BT money, after all. |

I haven't read many bank privacy policies for a while, do most have something similar to this?
What personal information can we disclose to nonaffiliated third parties? We may disclose personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law. This may include all of the personal information we collect about you. For example, we may disclose information to payment processors, check printing companies, and appraisal companies to complete transactions that you request. We may disclose all of the personal information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. These nonaffiliated third parties are responsible for treating your personal information as confidential.
I thought they usually said something along the lines of, "we will not disclose your personal information except when required by law..." Is this something to be concerned about? |

My trial deposits showed up overnight. My application is approved. I'm just waiting on the email so I can get my account # so I can log in to fund the account. So far I'm pleased, the system went very fast, the website was easy to read and refreshed very fast. I had to switch to IE from FireFox but it wasn't that big of a deal. As long as I don't have to mail anything in I'm happy. |

Never mind - figured it out - go to fnbodirect and resume your application. It will ask for you name SSN and DOB. Then it will retrieve the application and you can verify the deposits. |
