The Sony card showed up in my online Chase login today with the rest of my already existing cards (still don't have the card yet though) and showing a limit of $7,000. |

Did you do the Applications online and then conact the cards you mention for CL increases? Look forward to seeing an update on some of those cards.
Good work

Looks great - good luck on the pending application status.
Sorry to be a little OT but I couldn't find a definite answer on this:
Does PrivacyMatters.com allow you to pull your credit report and score on a DAILY basis for a flat fee? How much is the flat fee? |

Yes, you can pull on a daily basis using PrivacyMatters.com. I just signed up for a free trial though, and will cancel before being charged, and then sign up for the TrueCredit.com WalMart $11.xx/month special. |

YMMV.
Thanks.
I asked a HSBC rep about this and he indicated they will reallocate visa to visa, MC to MC, but not visa to MC or vice-versa. Also, he said they will not reallocate to/from private label cards like GM. |

I'd like to know that too. Unfortunately, I haven't received any of them yet because I just did this AOR on Tuesday. I expect to receive some of the cards this week. |

I did the applications online and also did the credit limit increases online. Chase and AMEX both have online credit limit increase requests. |

Did you go through cardoffers.com? It took some follow up, but I got about $500 in bonuses for my last AOR. |

This morning I called National City and Discover again. I found that I've been approved for the Discover Miles Card for 10K, and I should have the card in 4-6 days. I also requested some BT checks to be sent to me, and she said those should arrive in 5-7 days.
National City is another story. For some reason, they don't have a record of my application yet, even though I received 2 email confirmations from them after submitting my application. They were going to "check into the issue" and call me back. |

Just checked my CR for today...no change in scores from yesterday (see OP).
Also noticed that a couple of inquiries I had expected would fall off by now were still there:
FAC 03/02/2005 TransUnion FDC 03/02/2005 TransUnion FIRST AMERICAN CREDCO 03/02/2005 Experian KROLL FACTUAL DATA/060 03/02/2005 Experian
Since it's been over 2 years, I thought they'd be gone by now...
These inquiries almost certainly have to do with my mortgage application because we purchased our home in June 2005. |

They won't be factored into your FICO score calculations. Inquiries over 1yr aren't counted, inquiries over 6 month have minimal effect.
Also, FYI, Experian keeps inquiries for 25 months, not 24 like everyone else. TU, I've noticed, doesn't drop them right on the 24 month mark either, they miss it by a few days. Either way, you shouldn't be concerned about those 4. |
