Just got approved for $11600 for the BOA Mastercard Gold! 0% for 12 months and there is NO transfer fee! They also said that you can walk into a branch of BOA and pay your credit bill if you want! (Don't know if this is true, but GREAT if it is!) I transferred some balances (BYE BYE DISCOVER)! I applied for a few 0% cards over the past year, and got shot down, but hit the gold on this one! This is going to be a big help in chopping away at my debt. I need a few more years, but I WILL BE DEBT FREE!!!

You absolutely can. I do this routinely each month, paying the balance in full right before the statement cycle, and then using those handy BT access checks to re-0% BT for the beginning of the next statement cycle. That way, no balance shows up on the credit reports.
You can expect the payments to post on the same day, if you get them submitted at the branch before their cutoff time.

Thank, much appreciated.I see you applied for the BOA plat plus which I applied for. Did you have any hassle with them honoring the 0 balance transfer fee since that web link is older and they now require a code for each credit card promo?
Also, in your opinion, which of the credit cards in your AOR is the best?
They denied me due to the $23k BankAtlantic card I already have with them.
"Sufficient credit is available on your account issued by Barclays Bank Delaware"I called and was told that if you have a Barclays business account already, you will be denied. In many of our AOR cases, we must close the BankAtlantic Business card and apply in 2-4 weeks for the Juniper Biz 0% $75 13 month BT. Also, the rep said, the BT fee pays only for the 1st 20,000 transferred with this new card - just like BankAtlantic. So if you were considering BT-ing $35,000 with the JuniperBiz card for a meager $75, think twice. As long as the BankAtlantic deal is still good, I'll simply close and reapply for the BankAtlantic 15 month option.

I have a question about the fifth third bank business card. It seems you MUST have a business based out of certain states but your mailing address can be out of any state? Couldn't a person make up a business address out of state and then just use there real mailing address? I dont see how that would affect especially when you apply as a sole propreitor. OPINIONS?

I applied for this card a week ago and I'm still not recognized when I use the boa status link. BOA Status

Will BOA reallocate CL from another open card without closing the card? I got approved but with a measly $3K line

Link I am very interested in getting one of these cards if I can move my credit line from another BOA card to this one and then do the balance transfer. Has anyone had any experience with doing this?
When I got that card back in November, they actually offered a CL transfer from my existing card. It was instant, and the money was in my checking account in a few days.

I suspect this is a dead link. I applied a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything.

But many times even with FICO over 750 they will give you small credit lines. Thus not make it really valuable.

Promotional Balance Transfer APR: A 0% fixed APR for 12 months from the Account Opening Date ("Account Opening") on balance transfers made at Account Opening or transfers made using the Promotional Convenience Checksb that arrive with your Welcome Kit ("Welcome Kit Checks"); thereafter, your variable Standard Purchase Rate applies to any outstanding balance. Promotional rates end 12 months after Account Opening. Welcome Kit checks must be used within 90 days of Account Opening to receive the promotional rate. Welcome Kit Checks used after 90 days of Account Opening or separately ordered Convenience Checks, will post at your Standard Cash Advance APR. The 0% fixed promotional APR applies only to balance transfers and not to card purchases or cash advances. The fixed promotional rate may increase if your account is consistently past due or you make your monthly payments late.
Balance Transfer fee: 3% of the amount of each Balance Transfer or Promotional Convenience Check transfer transaction ($10 minimum, $75 maximum).

Apparently from what I've read in a few threads, they've been known to jerk people around too.
Everyone: forget I posted anything, Juniper sucks. Juniper may suck for you, but they let me have over 43K at 0% for a year, and even let me write myself a check.

I applied one week ago and kept calling to check status, finally got approved today.
My wife got this offer in the mail .. she kept it for me to look at and it looks pretty juicy --
Capital One No Hassle Miles Card (1 of 'their' miles for $1 of purchase -- effectively 1% Cash Back towards travel) Specifically says not for business $0 annual fee 0% purchase APR till Dec 2009 0% transfer APR till Dec 2009 No transfer fees till Dec 2009
There are plenty of cards that have three of the four benefits listed above, but rarely do I see a card with all four. I couldn't find this specific card on Capital One's site just by browsing. If you like this offer keep an eye on your junk mail!

I'm goin down to Mexico. Every card I looked into has a 3% fee for spending money internationally. I figured that the best way around this is to write a "credit card check." Does anyone know which card will help me get 0% APR and save that 3% international charge?

I was able to get a 0% for 6 months with no Balance transfer fee, with a 3% minimum payment due each month on my Capital One card. I had a limit of $20K and I had 2 balances I needed to transfer that were just above that amount so I get to consolidate them into one payment and then in 6 months I will transfer them again. It was just great to be able to transfer with no fees and not have to apply for a new card. I hadnt used this Capital One card in over a year, dont know if that makes a difference as to why they offered me 0% with no transfer fee. I know its only 6 months and plenty of other cards offer it too, but I had the established high limit and dont have to worry about getting rejected or a bait and switch with some new company.

All of the Chase cards listed now say Balance Transfer fee 3% with a minimum of $5 (no mention of a max), does Chase have any 0% BT available with a capped fee?

There are still 2. One is the disney card; the other you'd have to search for as I don't recall what it is.
BofA has a US Airways Dividend Miles credit card that offers 0% balance transfers for 6 months with no fee. The card has a $90 annual fee, but you get 25,000 Dividend miles with your first purchase. Link

Would be great to get the master list updated at this point. A lot of these cards have ceased their offers I'm finding.

Pardon my naivete, but by Capital One card offers 0% BT, and in the fine print it states.... All transactions with this offer are subject to a transaction fee of 2% of each transaction amount. This fee is considered a FINANCE CHARGE. I don't see the verbiage about this being a finance charge on my other cards. What is the difference? How does the fact that this is a finance charge affect me?
Thank you!
