I would've thought you would keep the PP privilege for as long as you have $200K or more with BoA? My Priority Pass (PP) card expires at the end of 2008. Sometime during December, I expect BoA to see if I still qualify for the enhanced benefits, including the free PP membership. If I've met the requirements, I suppose my PP account would simply get renewed, gratis. |

I was worried for a minute that perhaps the complimentary PP would only be offered as an initial sign-on bonus. One question about the PP- can I still use the lounge if I'm getting off of a flight and want to relax? I.e. PP isn't just restricted to travelers who are about to board a flight? |

Sorry, just one more question about the PP. Do I even need to be flying to use the lounge? E.g. dropping off a friend at the airport, swing by the lounge? I checked the PP website, but didn't see an answer. Thanks again! |

I checked the PP website, but didn't see an answer. Thanks again! The lounges are past the security checkpoint anyway, so you wouldn't be able to get in without a ticket. edit: Apparently there are many counter-examples to this. See people's posts below. |

I checked the PP website, but didn't see an answer. Thanks again! Lounges at international terminal 4 at JFK are before security checkpoint, when I was there I was only asked about my flight number, never had to show my boarding pass. |

Just closed mine. Never used it EVER. Their AMEX cards can not compete with AMEX's own. Just a waste. |

Crazytree said:it is considered poor netiquitte to bump old threads for the sake of bumpage.Just very briefly, this is the only thread on FW discussing some of the rather considerable benefits associated with the Accolades card (and, tangentially, with Premier/Private BOA banking), which benefits have become that much more worthwhile for a lot of people now that American Express Platinum has discontinued its domestic companion ticket program but BOA has so far kept it. As such, it makes sense to keep this thread alive so that all future changes to the Accolades program can be discussed here. Quite a few of us here have already both made and saved several thousand dollars as a result of this thread. Edit: typos |
