This is pretty warm - bonus + 0% purchases (which ends up being 5+% back if you keep the money in HSBC, etc.) + another 3 years at low-interest BT is pretty good.

Just checked out the "Important Information" Page of the Online Application. Balance Transfers will only be able to be made under this offer until August 1, 2007. This effectively means you have to choose how you want to use this card after you qualify for the $60 bonus, 0% for purchases through May 2008 or 3.9% for a low rate balance transfer through May 2011. Using the card for both would kill the point of the low rate balance transfer offer.
