This is a repost....several threads on getting bonuses from chase...also there is a 75 dollar coupon in the change of address mailers at the post office...that apparently can be done over the phone...

I received the snail mail from Chase for 100$ bonus, so I went & now it already showed up in my acct. However, the services from my Chase branch is terrible. My chase "personal banker" were so impolite & unfriendly that I should have stood up & left! & the branch overall mood is like a cemetery. I can't wait for the 6 month period to pass so I can close this acct & go back to BoA. Their interest rate is really bad (~2% for money market acct) but the services is the best I've seen so far! tell me I'm losing money, but I love the smiling faces.

While i think their credit card division is outstanding, i have banked with Chase in the past, and would say they are only so-so...I agree, i would say BOA is generally much better....when you switch back, treat yourself to one of the "affinity" money market savings accounts that you have to apply for online (not available in branch), such as NEA/AAA/Humane Society/Defenders of Wildlife...then you will get a very RESPECTABLE rate on your BOA Money Market Savings instead of their normal "pittance" rate...
Then you'll have the good rates plus the smiling faces
