I recently received a 1099 tax form from Bank of America for the credit I received for opening the account...did anyone else get this? I was unaware at the time that you could be taxed on this.

Did anyone who had to contact BoA in order to get their bonus get a 1099? I had to contact them and they manually credited me the $100, but still have not received a 1099. I'm thinking maybe only the bonuses that went through and were credited without a hitch, generated a 1099, and manual credits don't trigger them. BoA are the only ones left pending on my list...
