I subscribed TrueCredit 3in1 monitoring from WalMart, It charge me $13.70( not $11.21 ). But the more big problem is that I failed to pull 3in1 reports after 1st time pulled. it always give me a single transunion report when I pull new report. What a poor system! I called them several times to report this system error, they always said that they would fix it soon and asked me to wait another 24h to re-pull. But I failed again and again. So I decided to cancel it.
I just wonder if I cancel it right now, am I able to continue monitoring in the first 30 days period or refund?
Thanks. __________________
i called this afternoon and no help again... decide to cancel it

final result,
called 866 XXX XXXX, 6 times, finally they refund $6.85 (half of $13.70), because they can not resolve the problem and of overcharge. very poor service and technical support.
thank for your reply. i hit the update button on the right side, but always get the single transunion report only, not 3 in 1 report. i think the monitoring of ex and eq is not working now...... my receipt show $13.70 of 3in1 monitoring
the link of the "update report" button on the right side is https://www.TrueCredit.com/reportSingleRefreshProcess
maybe the link is wrong, so i can only get single report, i think so.

BTW, be sure to hit the Update button to refresh your credit score. (Certified n00b here.)
I can't help wondering whether hitting that same Update button would have displayed your 3 reports.

According to a conversation I had around June 20th, 2007, with the "escalated customer service" (phone number: 1-866-212-2170), there is an IT glitch in their system that overcharges new subscribers ($13.70 vs. the correct $11.21). The lady I spoke to was very nice and apologetic, credited my account the difference and told me that *should* this happen in upcoming months, I can call and get similar refunds.
The regular customer service, with reps who talks with accents and have poor phone handling skills, told me repeatedly that the additional amount is tax, the price has changed, etc. Basically, any credible excuse to convince a naive customer to hang up the call and leave them alone.
Once again, the escalated customer service number is: 1-866-212-2170. According to the nice lady I spoke with, "they are floor supervisors here". I am assuming, here means in the USA.
Good luck

Good luck Thanks. I thought to call the general number first. The CSR apologized and refunded me on the spot.

Thanks for your info. I have the same issue and just called the 866 number. The rep told me it will refund to my card for $2.49 and I should only get charged for $11.21 next month.
