May or may not be as good to some but if you type in FFST for the invitation code you get a different offer. The main difference is "0.0% until the last day of the billing period ending during August 2008".
Does anyone know what the minimum payment will be on this CC? Here they talk about the minimum payment being increased to 3% of your balance. That means after 2 years of payments your balance is roughly half of what it started. It seems like it would be reasonable to finance something for long-ish term at a relatively low rate; however, if you have to make such large monthly payments it really doesn't make for a great longterm financing solution, or for great arbitrage.

Can you post where you saw the ad and maybe even a scan of it?
Sun Sentinel Smart Source (coupons section) - I believe it was was 8/19. I don't have a scanner but I do have a digital cam. I'll see if I can snap one tonight and post it.
Ok, I've snapped a photo but have nowhere to host it. If someone wants to host it for me, I would really appreciate it. Just PM me.

FYI. Another offer in today's paper. This one is only for $60 Cash Back but should be good if the other one dies. The fine print says good until 12/9/2007.

Edit: Added the word minimum
That is false. Proof: * My "Motiva" account only requires a 2% minimum monthly payment, and carries only balance transfer balance on it. (Also is well utilized at >80% credit limit I might add. Rate = 3.9% (plus motiva rebate) for 3 years.)
* Wife's "More" account also has always had a 2% minimum monthly payment. It's entire balance is at 0%, and for the first few months this entire balance came from a BT. It is also well utilized; >70%.

I've corrected my post. Sorry, I forgot I even wrote that =)
It simply appears they reserve the right to charge 4% min payment, but they aren't at this time.
