I had to verify my identity today when requesting a report from PM. Is this a sign I'm doomed? I've been using almost daily since 9/1. |

I too had to re-verify my information for Nat City IP today. I cancelled TC about 2 weeks ago and was frozed for suspicious activity on TC about a week ago (yes, the reverse order). |

Same here. First I thought it was related to me using the same computer to get my wife enrolled, but thanks to this thread I know that was not the case ... |

I just signed up and had to verify too, but I've never done B* on TrueCredit so I think that's normal. By verify I mean the web page asked me a few personal questions about account numbers, former addresses, etc. No CSR was involved. Thanks OP for the $29.95 credit monitoring for a year! |

I think we're talking about re-verifying the personal information after you've already been using the service. As an update, I had to do it on PM 123 and NC IP for me, a former/blocked user of TC. However for my wife, for NC IP, she did not have to reconfirm the information and she is not a customer of any other service. Gives me pause. |

Thanks OP for the $29.95 credit monitoring for a year!Everybody has to do that for the first usage. They are now talking about having to do that a second time. I think they are trying to stop identity theft and are worried about people bouncing from credit monitoring service to credit monitoring service. |

I pulled CRs from NCIP today for both me and spouse, and I had to reverify us both. Now, I have been a TC customer in the past, but cancelled way before they started shutting people down and never really pulled all that much when I was with them (though I did have the occasional bout of daily pulling). My spouse has NEVER been signed up for any credit monitoring before, though. So maybe it's just random? |

had to reverify both my account and spouse. They also moved the Request a New Report button. Man I am paying these people my money and they can't have the common courtesy to stop jacking me around. |

Ok. Signed up for the PM123 yesterday after getting the cancellation notice from TC. Went through the "verification" process. Called to cancel and was offered a year for $19.95 (or $19.99) through the automated cancellation line. |

Things went smoothly, I was able to see my report and scores (none of the TU pulls that had fallen off were put back). I was also able to call the automated number, put in my membership ID and keep hitting 1 to get the $29.95/year offer. Hope I dont get canceled from this service too.
I tried to sign up after getting "fired" from TrueCredit but got the message that I was already a member. Did you do anything special? Maybe they didn't flag my report but just kicked me off TC? I didn't do anything in particular... I used the exact same username and password even. Used the link in one of the posts on the 1st page of this thread. |

Good news: it appears they fixed at least one problem reported earlier -- the need to log out and log in again to see the freshly pulled (today's report). I just pulled this morning and the date on the report itself changed from 09/21 to 09/22. |

This site is much slower than TC and its so annoying to log in...even with the link to skip the membership # screen, you still have to login and get the pop up |
