Can anyone send me a link to a Chase business offer for 12 months. I've know I've seen it once upon a time, but can't find one now. |

They gave me a check, and I didn't see anywhere where it said I couldn't write it to myself, so I did. No one foresees any problems with BT to a citi card to create a positive balance, then bting that positive balance plus 50% of the available CL to my checking. The final BT will not be higher than the CL.

Anybody have any luck getting BOA biz to waive their 3% BT fee? Also, what's the best way of funding a citi ultimate saving account. Citi says to check with your CC terms to see how it would be treated, but they don't say if they are billing it as a purchase, cash advance, BT, etc???? |

Boo, got shot down by Advanta. I thought they were being pretty generous. Whelp, it doesn't look like I will hit 100K in BT money, but maybe I'll get a good foundation for next time.

I called and CSR informed me that BT cheks were fee free. I asked for some and they are sending in 7-10 biz days. I'll keep you informed of what happens. |

"11. Mailed 20K check from Baylor card to FNBO (8/14)" did you get blank BT checks with your card or did you have to request them? |

Discover question. Since I read there is no real advantage to doing a BT on a Discover Business as opposed to a personal card, does anyone have any input as to whether I should consolidate and do a BT on the Miles or the Business. The terms look the same. |

The terms look the same. Has anyone actually confirmed that a Disco Bus. balance is showing on their credit report? I have a 19,975 balance on my 20K business line and so far it hasn't shown up on my CR. It's only been a month, so I guess it could show up later, but almost all of my personal cards have already posted. One thing that may be important to you is that you can BT to checking or request convenience checks to access your Disco. personal credit, but you can only BT from another credit card with the business card. |

DAMN, Just noticed that all my AMEX cards a flagged for FR. I didn't do anything to them since opening and reallocation. The only thing I did was request two cards on my gold for the 5000 MR point (which I got, along with the other 25K) I did request a CLI about 2 weeks ago, but that was denied in about a day because it was too soon from opening. Nothing but requesting the cards in the last two weeks, and I got FR'ed. And what makes it worse, as a student last year, my 1040 only showed about 20K in income. I called and asked them if I can send a paystub and a note, and the woman said "yes", but who knows if they will read it. I've always placed my personal income at 60-65 and household at 115 (I include my roommate who makes about 50K) I have her paystub too. If they asked biz income, I always said between 2-4K, which I figure I could find a way to document.
So on monday I am definetly canceling all my business cards, but that still leaves me with about 12 grand in 0% money on my two other cards. Should I pay them off and close them down too. I'd also hate to lose my 40K+ MR points. |

1) Why do you want to close all your business cards? What is the benefit of doing so or what is the need? 2) I noticed that you've netted quite a few EQ inquiries. What state are you in (if you don't mind sharing, of course)? |

What's the utilization on your AMEX card again? Some people just like to tell AMEX to shove it when they get an FR just out of general principal. However, if this isn't the case, I'd be tempted to submit the docs and let the chips fall where they may. |

AMEX CL InNYC 10.5K used/21 limit Blue 4.9/10 Gold Biz, 0/no limit Blue Cash Biz, 0/1000 SimplyCash Biz, 0/1000 (I just paid this off, I requested this up to 20K, and was denied since it was within a month of opening) I'm in MD
I plan on closing the Blue Biz and the Gold at some point anyway. I was going to use the SimplyCash for Gas. The INNYC still has 4-5 more months of 0% and the Blue should still be good through next summer. I guess I will just sweet it out. My light 1040 worries me though. |

Ok, I'm moving to MD. Tired of everybody pulling Experian in NY! Don't fret too much about your light 1040. If you have the address (if not -- call) and send them the current paystab with a letter stating that it is what the claimed HHI is based on. The inclusion of roommate income in the HHI looks iffy, so I would not push it unless asked. |

Well, my roommate shares my health insurance as my domestic partner, so as far as being iffy on a credit application goes, that might be the least of my sins. We've been living together for 3 years now, so I figure that's a lot better than most marriages anyway. |

VerbalK, sorry for inaccurate choice of words. Your and your roommate's situation is none of my business. It's great that there are grounds for inclusion of roommate's income into HHI, what I meant to say is that AMEX might still consider that kind of evidence suspect. I presume you've studied the AMEX FR and various adverse action threads (search FWF titles for "adverse") -- there some people describing situations similar to yours (this year's income being substantially higher than previous in AMEX FR) |
