The Cardmember Bonus CitiDollars Earned is exactly 4x the Base CitiDollars Earned. I had a small balance owed on my statement that doesn't lessen my bonus amount. My statement also says this:
Bonus Cash Back may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Well.... my statement just closed online for the first month, and my "rewards" are a straight 1%. Were you able to see the "bonus Cash Back" online, or only on a paper statement? As mentioned before in this thread, you can't see the additional 4% bonus online. It's either on a paper statement (unless you've requested paperless statements), or you can request a PDF statement, which usually becomes "ready" within 24 hours. Using those options will tell you whether or not you received the total 5% Cash Back.

6/16 - Called today to check on application status for my wife's 6/12 application for a second CashReturns card, which, on the offer screen, stated 5% Cash Back for the first three months. Her application was officially approved today, with a CL of 44.5K, which confirms that in addition to $500 CL given to the card, 24K of 25K CL on my wife's first CashReturns card was re-allocated to the new CashReturns card, and that her Citi Professional Cash Card was closed and its 20K CL consolidated to the new CashReturns CL.
ETA: Today (6/17), received e-mail confirming approval of new CashReturns card with a 44.5K CL.
6/20 - Received cards for my wife and me (I'm an authorized user), called CashReturns CSR and confirmed 5% for first 3 months.

Has it been confirmed that the offer is still 5% back on all purchases for three months? Because the "terms and conditions" no longer indicate 5% on all purchases.

But the T&C never did indicate that, so what of it?

I believe you're correct, though there was a page that said "earn 5% Cash Back for all purchases for 3 months." In any case I'm curious if recently opened accounts are getting 5% on everything.
UncleSam said: I am wondering if anybody has tried to pay for a winnning bid on eBay motors through PayPal and then used a Credit Card to fund the Paypal account. If so, I may be able to get 5% of the purchase price of car as Cash Back. I would appreciate if somebody could provide advice or share their experience.
CashBack is good on any purchase, anywhere, anything.
I've done multiple PayPal transactions on eBay with the CashReturns card, and they all worked OK for me. I don't see it being any different on an eBay motors transaction. Just be sure the CashReturns card is being used, instead of your linked bank account.
Also be sure you have enough of a credit line to cover the purchase.
Background: Got my first CashReturns card on 2/26 (I think...), wife got her first one on 4/16.
After reding glxpass' posts, I applied today for another CashReturns card using the 6/3 link in the OP and got instant approval for $4800. Will wait and see if the new card still has 5% rebate when I receive it. If so I'll be moving the CL from the old car to the new card. Wife's card promotion period ends on or about 7/16; idealy I would have waited until end of this month to apply, but the deal seems to be on its last legs so...

Just applied through the bridgetrack link. Will update with results pending "30 day message.."
I used the 1388 link and applied June 1st. Recieved card June 9th.
Statement closed June 17th. Requested PDF statement and shows 5% CashBack.
Even before I requested a PDF statement I kinda figure I had 5% CashBack because the "Total Dollars as of the last statement" was $0 after the statement closed meaning I had surpassed the $50 mark and they automatically cashed me out.
So I applied on Tuesday, hoping to catch the 5% before it goes away. As of today, there was no new inquiry showing on PM123, so I called the status line. They wanted to pull Experian, but with it frozen they needed my access code to process the application.
They refused to pull either of the other bureaus instead. They said it had to be Experian, as the computer randomly selected that one and it couldnt be changed. Which is wierd, as Citi has ALWAYS pulled Equifax for me in the past.
If it was in fact random, perhaps submitting a new application is in order?

Mine got cancelled too due to not being able to pull Exp. The rep said it was based on location on which one they pull (but could possibly pull another one if I tried to resubmit another app).

We received my wife's second CashReturns card (and mine as an authorized user) today. To sum up:
6/12 - Applied for card using update 6/3, bridgetrack version. 6/13 - Received call from Citi, confirmed 5% for the first 3 months, reallocated CL from old CashReturns card, closed and consolidated CL from Citi Professional Cash card, bringing new CashReturns CL to 44.5K, and old CashReturs card CL down to 1K. 6/16 - Called and told application was approved with the 44.5K CL. 6/17 - Received e-mail confirming the same information about the approval and the CL. 6/20 - Received the card; activated; called CashReturns CSR and again confirmed 5% Cash Back for first 3 months.
Starting on 6/20:
Use card!

I requested pdf copy of my statement but it would not say anything. I called CSR, and I verified that I get 4% bonus (total 5%) Cash Back. I used the bridgetrack link.

Can I have two cashreturn at the same time. Because the statement of the 3rd month of my first cashreturn card is still 20 days later but my 5% grace period is expired today. I want to apply for the 2nd one and consolidate the credit line with the new one. Does anyone has two cashreturn at the same time?

My 90 days expired on the 18th. I want to get another card but I have 22 inquiries on EQ and Citi always pulls from them for me. On one hand I'm afraid to try to apply since I'm trying to bump some of those off in the meantime but I'm also afraid if I wait too long the bridgetrack link will go away.

Also used the bridgetrack link in late May. Approved within 10 days (non-instant). Got low 4-digit line, moved from two cards to mid-5 digits, called CSR twice, both of which confirmed 4% bonus (i.e., total of 5%) for the first 90 days from the day was approved.
Thanks all for putting together the info in this thread, and special thanks to lhendricks for pioneering the thread.
I do this all the time already, it's no big deal. they take about 2.9% , but wats up with the 4 transactions a month?. never heard dat one before.
if u really are limited to 4 transactions, can add obopay into it, they take 1.5% but i think they limit you to a certain $ amount a month.
Sorry - should be clearer. You can make as many transactions as you want in a month, but the T&C states that you can only make 4 PAYMENTS to your credit card balance in a billing cycle.
So if your CL is $5,000, you can't keep charging and paying it off unlimited times in a month. You can only post 4 payments against your balance in a month
MegaKimcheeLove,
I am now starting to read the T&C online but nowhere can I find the 4 payments limit per billing cycle wording. Is it on the paper T&C that came with the card? Sorry to ask here since I cannot find my copy.
Thanks.

Thanks. The four payment limit is referring to making four payments by logging into citicards.com and paying your CashReturns card that way. It doesn't mean that you can only make four payments per month to the card. For example, I've made many payments per month to my CashReturns card by both paying from citicards.com and my BoA on-line banking.
Has anybody used this credit card to move money between accounts on Paypal? The paypal standard fee appears to be 2.9% so there is an opportunity to skim some money off via the transfer if it is allowed by Paypal. Also, there appeas to be a 'merchant rate' if your volume is above $3000 per month but I haven't been able to find out what this rate is.

Applied 6/6 using bridgetrack link. Statement closed 6/19. Got pdf view of it today. I got full 5% CashBack.
Tried the 1388 link and got a blank screen. Is it still working?

if we pay off the balance right away without waiting for the statement date, are we still eligible for the 5% rebate?

The rebate isn't based on balance owed; it's based on purchases made. Whether you off the balances immediately or wait for the statement until making a payment, it has no effect on the rebate. Many pay off their balances several times a month in order to reap the maximum Cash Back benefit from the card. That procedure allows you to make purchases over the course of a month whose total exceeds your credit limit. Of course, your balance should never exceed your credit limit, and you can't use overpayments in order to artificially increase your credit limit, i.e. making unpaid purchases whose total exceeds your CL.

no, see the OP.
I used the last link in the OP (not 1388) on about 6/12 and was able to register and be approved. I am waiting for my card. Just checked the link that I used and now I get a blank page. Just checking to make sure it isn't my firewall blocking the page.
I applied using the bridgetrack link on 6/17, received instant approval. Just received card today - called and confirmed that the card has 5% rebate for 3 months on all purchases.
Looks like the bridgetrack link is now not working anymore.
So finally dead? Anyone has a cached version of that link page?
