is this link really in effect with 5% because after you click apply it doesn't mention the 5% anywhere, but I am not sure if the other one did either.

I've been waiting out my arbitrage payoffs and report updates,original plan called for applying in 3 weeks if I was that lucky, but this spooked me so thought what the hey I may as well try, just got approved for $4800. HHI 112k, CreditKarma TU score 767, WAMU TU score as of 8/1 665. Woot! Now the other current Finance "Hot Deal" needs to stay around for a couple more weeks at least...
