It is so confusing. Depending on which site you look at, it expires on 10/8, 10/15 and 10/30

if you hit "apply" via tiger direct link, it takes you to the AMEX blue application form now

Yeah, got my TD GC today, too as an e-mail with code number, same day my first statement closed. Still waiting for any evidence of the 25,000 reward points. I bought $2.46 in office supplies the first week.
