I actually got my AMEX points before my TD card. Got my TD yesterday and AMEX points came through at the end of the first billing cycle.

did i miss out on this yet? i clicked the link, saw the $100 TigerDirect gift card advertised, but when i click on the AMEX link, i don't see any mention of the 25000 points.

I think that AMEX changed the deal now it is just the 100$ giftcard.

Who do we contact if we didn't gett eh $100 tiger direct after we got the card and used the AMEX. it has been 2 months. 8 of my family members applied. all got the cards. only 4 of us got the TD $100

Got my tiger direct GC almost a month ago now. Still no sign of any points on the AMEX card. Think I should've charged more then 41 cents on the card? Is there a minimum purchase in order to get the 25k points/plane ticket?

Anyone get the gift card recently? I have emailed Tiger Direct 2 times within the last 2 weeks and no response. Anyone else have any luck?

If you read closely in the T&C's, it says they still are after first purchase.

EDIT: If you click the link for the terms at the top of the page (the pop-up), the bonus mentioned is only 5k points now. The link to the terms toward the bottom still has the 25k points offer, and says it could show up seperately as a 5k and a 20k bonuses.

I made sure to bookmark and screenshot this page. My experience with AMEX says they will probably give the benefit of the doubt, very unlike TD.

Same here..sent one email to TD. Still waiting on AMEX points also. First statement closed Oct 22.

Havent received my AMEX points or TD GC. first billing cycle through 11/10

applied on oct 12,
made the first purchase on oct 20,
statement closed on oct 25.
payment made on Nov 6
so far still nothing from AMEX and TigerDirect.

Hey guys if you don't see your 25k points on the website homepage you have to go to view rewards statement and then statement details then click the previous month's statement and you may see the 25k points there (even though it says you have 0 total current points).

They told me they have had a website glitch and points are there just need to be credted to account.
