Does it really take 8-10 weeks after your first wireless payment to get the cash card? I switched my automatic payment (and my card was billed) about a month ago, but am still waiting for the cash card.

I enrolled on 10/14, made the first wireless payment on 11/02 and am still waiting for the cash card. Called customer service and they said to wait the full 8-12 weeks after the first wireless payment - if you dont' get it by then to give them a call back.
