I received Costco September coupon book recently and it has listed these offers on last page:
All valid from SEPT 04 to SEPT 23, 2007

Are any of these offers available to Business members?

They were all available to business members. Business members get the same reward as Gold star, unless of course they are business Executive members.
All of them expire today -- Sunday, 9/23.
I just did the Sharebuilder and Capitol One online from the Costco website.
