A blink purchase does not include a purchase made using a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This offer is valid on all blink purchases made September 1 - October 31, 2007 using your Chase Visa Check Card. Cash reward will be automatically deposited to the primary checking account linked to the Chase Check Card number used for the required 10 blink purchases within 6-8 weeks of the conclusion of this promotion. Checking account must be open and in good standing at time of cash fulfillment. Could I use the blink card at the same place ten times and still qualify?

Interesting promo. But do you need a special kind of check card? I see the pictures of the cards in the promo ads have "Blink": written on the center of them. My card doesn't have that. Will it work?

I am checking the info I got from a Chase CSR, but I was told this is only for the Tri-state area of the country. They wont issue me one of these cards, because I dont live in this area.

the "tri-state" area is considered to be NY, NJ, and CT....
