Free is Free. Provide your email and get 24 free non-new rentals?
Trinidon: It will not charge your card after a year - there is no automatic renewal, you would have to renew with blockbuster if you want to after a year.
kahawken: You have to have a card that has the 5% Get More Program - as long as you haven't already signed up for OCT-DEC, then you should be able to go to the 5% Get More section after you sign in to your account and get it.

Otherwise, your one single coupon arrives via Cliffy Clavin. Not two coupons per month.

I just sent them an online message also. will see what they say.
Does anyone know if you use BB Online free movie coupons that the system will recognize that as a 'rental' and give you another one for the Mon thru Weds reward?
I got the email but the freaking bar code did not print out......

Will this work for the BB total access? As in, will it count when you do an instore exchange.

Same here, no barcode printed out either, it says exceeded your household limit - but it didn't even print and had to try again and no barcode.

they sent me back this yesterday:
"Thank you for your message regarding a special surprise offer for some customers who enrolled in the Winter Get More program. I've sent a confirmation email to you which you should receive soon. Although I'm not certain, I think it will have information on the surprise offer included in it. We appreciate your business and the time you have taken to contact us today. Thank you for choosing to use Discover Card."
Signed up for the quarterly restuarant bonus rebate thing by phone. Received a paper coupon in the mail for free 1-year of BB rewards.

I used this coupon at my local Blockbuster store - should have researched it but the coupon was worth $10.
The checkout clerk couldn't make the coupon work and was really sweating it. So, I just paid for it and decided to call later to get the credit.
Today, Customer Care said they had no clue. I went back to the store to see if someone smarter can fix it - really, it shows why Blockbuster is not doing well - they really didn't care and asked me to fight it out with Discover.
Spent 1 hr on a conference call with Discover and Blockbuster and it is Blockbuster's mistake. And, they offered me another year as they couldn't refund my money. It took some more time to negotiate the refund.
Bottom line - if you go in now, the coupon should be honored as Blockbuster person said they will send a store advisory to manually key in the code. Finally, when I went back into the store to get my refund, the not so helpful clerk says that the coupon is coded wrong and is missing a character - whose mistake is that?
Anyway - that is the toughest $10 I worked for - what a blockbuster!!

The guy that checked me out didn't know what to do with the coupon either. He had to ask someone else. The other person told him how to do it though and it worked.
