hmm got the CLI up from 3.6K to 5K . any luck getting the BT fees waived or capped for the 0% apr offer ?

OK...so something new to add to what has already been seen.

I sae this thread in the AM and hit up the form..

12k --> Instant --> 15k --> 15k

A little later I got a 0% BT check from them in the mail....thought of easy arbitrage and hit up the form again..

15k --> Next Biz day --> 20k

Logged in now and its showing as 20k line. So in effect I did 2 CLIs on the same card. I didnt try to test the limits of the form. My HHI is good and the card has zero balance.

**Edit: Checked EX and noticed a soft. Might be an actual analyst doing the validation if you dont get instant CLI.

OP, thanks for the thread.... right now, I am NOT going to mess with it (although have to review and maybe reconsider)....

I have BOATLOADS of credit with BoA, have 2 cards with HIGH limits and <50% balances on them, as well as another card with high limit (and a small credit), and my 4th and final card with a small limit (and also a small credit).

I have danced my cards around so much with BoA (which is THEIR idea).... I always have a good BT offer available.... when ONE offer is about to run out, they bring out a new one on another card. I simply move CL to the card with the offer, and let 'er RIP!

I have a card with $4400 (Was higher but reallocated earlier this month) and requested 10K they approved for $5500.

$11,700 / $8000 @ 0% / 1 day / $30,000 / $30,000

I just logged back into my account and looked at the limits and the one that I got the initial email for stating my line had been increased to 30,000 is now at 22,600 (the other accounts remain at 30k now) for no apparent reason. I'm confused and I sent an email asking BOA why they sent me an email false advertising a higher credit limit than what I really had so we shall see what they say.

A few months back I requested CLI on a BoA card and a FIA card less than a minute apart. It said instant approvals on both but only one ever showed up. For those with more than one card, you may want to space the CLI requests out a day or so.
