Citi still hasnt paid up, but WAMU did with their 5% offer (01/30/2008 Promotional Rebate Earned -$24.02)

Does anyone know if Apple.com or Apple Retail stores qualify for this promotion?

Well after getting a second letter and seeing that they used the WRONG statement, I immediately called up Citi to get another dispute in with the correct statement to be based upon. That was last week. Yesterday, I get a letter they have found qualifying purchases (FINALLY) and getting $17.35 credited to my reward balance. Even though it was a bit of a hassle, I finally got my 5%.

I ordered a Nano from the Apple.com online store on 12/14, but only received 1% on my next statement. On that same statement, my purchase from a Circuit City B&M store on 12/16 earned 5%. Also, a purchase from CircuitCity.com online earned 5%.
