I object that after he gets done paying the hospital, he's not going to have money to pay me! I object! He broke my house! I object that he interrupted me while I was watching "Ow! My balls!" |

shootthemoon said:Many years ago, a ran up a debt on 3 seperate cards with no ability to pay these cards back, a rather large debt, i dont want to say... and the status of limitations in my state is 7 years, so it was planned to let the statue run out, and then the cards would fall off the credit reporting service, well, the first went as planned! monitored the credit report and the card debt went away, it was listed as charged off for a long time, and then it was gone, but I was harassed by one of the credit agencies on another card, and they kept calling me and offering me deals. well, i just wanted them to stop calling, so i accepted a deal and then never contacted them again, and then I pulled my credit and the date of last activity was moved up to the month when i talked to the credit person?? wtf? now I have to wait another 7 years? is this legal? i did not pay them a thing. why is my date moved up. help, can i use a lawyer to fix this? I really need a good credit, as i was planning on a new business when my credit debt was off my record..... Sleezebags like yourself shouldn't be able to get out of debt. I hate that our society allows people to just walk away and be relieved... Mortgages, welfare, bankruptcy, BS... move to Mexico or some other place where it doesn't cost much to live, and quit making our society cater to those who can't cut it... UGH. |

I OBJECT! I object that after he gets done paying the hospital, he's not going to have money to pay me! I object! He broke my house! I object that he interrupted me while I was watching "Ow! My balls!" Objection sustained. "Ow! My balls!" is the best thing on tv since it was invented. Have you seen the movie adaption, "Man Gets Hit in the Groin With a Football"? It won an Oscar. |

Before you pay that bill, take Ten Seconds and ask yourself, "Do I really need to do this?" This will help you with your finances. |

I agree that collection agency are scumbags, but OP was the original scumbag for being a deadbeat. If you treated your original creditor nicely and paid back what you spent then they wouldn't send scumbags after you. It's called karma |
