There are so many citi threads I tried to search but did not find this one. Even if it is out there this is probably a new link to it. Just got it in the email this morning.

Is the AMEX credit monitoring any better?? I've been using that for a while at 11.99/mth and can't seem to get the inquiries for Experian bumped...Thoughts???

b doesnt work on experian...

Is the citi service only give you 1 report a month, though?

I may have to switch from Equifax now that I'm beginning to see this.

Ive had for a year or so. Last year COSTCO offered a service for like $7.95 with a free 3 month trial or something so I signed up. It was the SAME site, with COSTCO across the top! I went to cancel "CITI" at 10.95 and go with COSTCO and they immeiiately offered me $3 less a month for retention.

You only seem to get updated scores monthly. Notifications (credit inquiries etc) are not fast but seem adequate. For my purposes and the price it seems OK. Anyone with average needs have any thoughts?

AMEX did not seem to update at all for me, the b* worked for TU and EQ but experian has no b*. With AMEX the scores were always the same across the board and did not reflect what TrueCredit, Citibank and Privacy 123 all reflected. I did not trust the numbers mainly because no matter what happened to my credit report, the numbers did not change. Only good for b*.

As for SWRMN, no I was updating daily while using them to bump the inquires and it worked just like all of the others.

OP, your link is broken. You've linked to a temporary session page. Please provide a link that doesn't require you to login if possible.

I signed up for this to get the $50 rebate back in September, and when I called to cancel, they offered half off the $12.99, i.e. about $6.50. So you can do better than the $8.95.

The $6.50 was for a SINGLE BUREAU report; the $12.99 was for all three bureaus. That's why they offered you the price drop.

I don't see it for 8.95 a month. Where is that?

I am not aware of the $8.95 deal, but I have one that is better at $4.95...

Onece you use this link, click on "HOME" on the top/left. That may bring you to the $4.95 offer screen.

That's for 1 pull every 30 days.

That's fine for me, not looking for bumpage.

Anyone know how to pull down your monthly credit report? Or does it do it automatically every month?

Good question. I haven't seen a change in my credit scores.

I even opened up a mortgage over the last 30 days and I did not even get an alert from Citi.

Makes you wonder...

I called about the updated credit report/score. There should be a link that appears 30 days after the previous report was run to update the report. My guess is that the credit score wont update until the credit report does as well.
