Experian and TU show the correct daily soft pulls but Equifax is missing all my daily soft pulls from before Friday 6/20, and is only showing one per month before that.

perhaps the most recent EQ choppage occurred on 06/20? can anyone else confirm this with their report?

Confirmed here. One/month noticed 6/21. May have happened 6/20.

Wow, cut it close on my last b*. Hopefully they don't speed this up to faster than monthly, and become another Experian...

I pulled my full Equifax report yesterday (6/22) using CWG and all my soft inquiries still show up, I have about 103 of them.

If the last one was in the mid of May, then this is certainly bad news.. i better subscribe to 2 more services to get my b* before the next one hits.

Guess it all depends on how many softs you have to start with and how good you are about sticking to 24+1. I started getting b* above 110 softs. Since I am down to mid 50's after c*, 3 services should do for me.

EDIT: Looks like c* went from 50 days to 30 days

Choppage occurred for me on 06/18. Now I am down to 47 softs.... this sucks greatly. It was only a matter of time before EQ wise up and modify their system a little. At least TU is still easy to B*.

Pulled my 6/23 report and all my softs are still showing. Up to 106 now. Hope I don't get chopped.

I used the privacy matters 7 day trial in the last week of April and then started using TrueCredit on 6/17 and all those soft hits still show up. My report from today (6/23) shows:

TrueCredit/PRIVACY MATTERS 123 04/21/08
TrueCredit/VERTRUE 04/25/08, 04/24/08, 04/23/08, 04/22/08, 04/20/08
TRUELINK 06/23/08, 06/21/08, 06/20/08, 06/18/08, 06/17/08
TRUELINK 06/18/08

Hard data from Equifax as of 6/18/08:

Tru*Credit/Vertrue (PMC123 & NCIP):
chopped all of February until 2/29/08
chopped all of March until 3/31/08
chopped all of April until 4/30/08
chopped all of May except 5/24, 5/27, 5/28, and 5/30
all June softs showing.

CIC/Experian RPTS (Am$x CreditSecure):
chopped all of February until 2/29/08
chopped all of March until 3/31/08
chopped all of April until 4/30/08
chopped all of May except 5/24, 5/28, 5/28, 5/30, and 5/31
all June softs showing.
(almost identical to Tru*Credit choppage)

I'm not sure where CreditKarma shows up (perhaps under "Equif@x" as the company).

Venturion said:B* using 4 services about 65% of the time since mid-February. All TU inquiries b*ed. A few inquiries were disputed of Equif@x. Since the disputes were removed, not a single Equif@x inquiry has b*ed - 4 remaining. Experian has been frozen at 6 since early February.

Thought I would post an update to my effort to bump my 22 hard inquiries from EQ. I have been pulling for nearly a month now, now up to using 5 services daily: Keybank My Privacy Matters, Chase ID Protect, EQ Credit Watch Gold, True Credit, and Credit Secure. Using CWG I have been able to pull my full EQ report and see my soft hits every day. The soft hits have all successfully stacked up for all 5 services and I haven't yet gotten any c*.

On 6/23 I reported having 106 soft hits. Now I am up to 181 softs on my latest 7/13 report. I kept pulling and waiting and was beginning to think I would never get bumpage but finally on 7/9 my 163rd soft hit bumped off my oldest hard inquiry. Now I am down to 9 hards remaining. Here is the timeline of how the hards have dropped off:

Date - # softs / # hards
7/7 - 153 / 22
7/8 - 158 / 22
7/9 - 163 / 21
7/10 - 169 / 16
7/11 - 174 / 12
7/13 - 181 / 9

The hard inquirys are dropping off oldest first, except for 2 of them which were skipped. These were both mortgage inquirys. I remember someone else mentioned earlier in this thread, they couldn't bump mortgage inquirys from EQ. Could these inquirys be stored in a separate "bucket" so its not part of the same queue that the other inquirys are stored in?

I also wonder why I needed so many soft hits - 163 in order to get b* when so many others reported only needing from 120-150 and in a few cases under 100. Could it be that certain types of soft inquirys are also counted in a separate bucket from that of the hard inquirys that we are bumping. I know I already had a high number of account reviews (about 50) before I started pulling daily, more than compared to some others I've seen before. Many of my ARs stack up on my report and do not re-date themselves like other people have reported. Maybe the ARs aren't counted?

Experian locked.
TransUnion b*ed to zero months ago; no inq. reappeared thus far.
Equifax - 2 inq. b*ed today after four months of NCIP, PMC123, CK, CS and choppage.

choppage again on 07/16 ... this confirms to me that choppage now occurs every 30 days. I may quit trying to b* since there is no way to do it now w/ only 3 services. You will need at least 4-5 services pulling daily within those 30 days to get the required b* on Equifax.

TransUnion might still be bumping.

I bumped it down to 0 about a month ago, and then it went back to 8 along with other peoples' experiences. Today, I noticed it was down to 4 again. I'm pulling about 6 times/week with 3 services.

I have 18 TU, 12 EXP and 10 EQ inquiries. Most of these will drop off the end of February as 2 years will have elapsed. Is it worth it, or even possible to try to B* these off?
