CCT and AMEX locked me out tonight. The EQ website is down. I think that may be the issue.

same here.

ChaseID protect also not allowing report pulls for EQ only... I was able to pull EX and TU at Chaseidentityprotect site.

I hope EQ isn't chopping....

"Glad" the same thing happened to you. I was a little worried. I think EQ is having a major computer issue.

Err...EQ website is back up.

I received a mailer inviting me to enroll in Credit Watch Gold by 5/31/2009 for a FREE FICO score and one 3-in-1 report.

(source code = C4901)

EQ is still down. They must have a major issue.

Good deal on the CWG. I wish they had that a month ago when I signed up.

just cancel and re-enroll

All 5 of my TU inqueires are back as of today. They were gone for 2/3 weeks. Do they disappear again or TU has corrected this for good?

dealcather said: All 5 of my TU inqueires are back as of today. They were gone for 2/3 weeks. Do they disappear again or TU has corrected this for good?Dec 2008... BobbyRobert re-bumped them rapidly. After having my TU inquiries reappear, I also was able to 're-bump' last year.

me again . . .

I bumped 4 EQ inquiries off in total.

# of soft pulls are approximate since 2/23/2009 (I missed a Sunday here and there). Using CCT, CHASE IDP, CS and recently NCIDP:

pulls date bumped inq date inq source
139 14-Apr	10/30/2008	citi credit card
147 17-Apr	1/27/2008	citi credit card
151 18-Apr	3/20/2008	wells checking
183 28-Apr	3/30/2008	local CU checking

interesting! i have kept that service even after i was done b*....guess i'll be dropping it June 1st.

CCT/CS will still pull daily though, right? ditto for NatCity? i suspect they too are TrueCredit resellers, or is the interface different?

it looks like the days of easy b* via daily pullers are numbered! get in while you can!

Despite ibmman69 phone conversation regarding National City Identity Protect only allowing monthly pulls, I am able to pull daily. I originally started with them in Oct 2007. I canceled Jan 2008 and then re-enrolled March 2009.

I'm not getting any B* on Equifax... is anyone else having this problem... I've had 7 inq's fall off from TU lately via B* but non for Equifax... which sucks because that is what Penfed pulls and I'm trying for the 2.99% offer.

I'm pulling w/privacy guard (grandfathered into daily), key myprivacy matters, and for a few weeks I pulled w/credit karma... I have 1 inq left on TU, 10 on EQ (most from moving and setting up utils then again from mortgage) I'd really like to knock some or all of those 10 off and boost my credit score 15 or so points (thats about how much it would go up right?)

can you still pull daily using CCT?
I couldn't do it... I registered for the service beginging of this month..

CK doesnt pull EQ, so naturally it's going to take longer to bump EQ...especially with only 2 services. how long have you been pulling?

Does Chase IDP still have two versions available ? One monthly, and a daily one which costs a bit more ?

CK only been pulling for a few weeks... I know it only pulls TU... but i'm only probably 15 inq's ahead on TU and have bumped off all but 1 (started w/8-9) Eq finally bumped 1 yesterday.... now I need a list of CC's that pull TU in my area (one on creditboards or whatever that site is doesn't work for me...) bumped 2 more today (pg and mpm). hopefully they keep falling off at this rate so I can apply for the penfed offer... btw do you think penfed would get suspicious if they pulled my credit report and saw that the inq they did a few mos ago wasn't on there anymore?

Is Equifax chopping all soft pulls from monitoring services? I have only been pulling with Chase ID for three months (which will end June 1 because they are stopping my daily pulls) and I see that my daily pulls are consolidated into a single monthly pull at the end of each month. Anyone else check their softs to see if this is the case for the other daily pull services? I don't see how b* can occur any longer on EQ, even using brute force multiple daily pulls, because choppage is going to occur every month.

I"m still B* Equifax, I think it may be an issue w/Chase... I pull w/Privacyguard and myprivacymatters. Now I'm debating freezing my experian profile... so that if anyone wants to pull they pull from a diff bureau since I have 13 pulls on it (some from app spree of late and alot that were from moving, directv, tenant manager, utilities etc.) does anyone have any info on that... will cards pull a diff bureau if I freeze my experian? I'd like to leave it be until alot of the inqs drop off from it. as a data point 2 days ago I had 8 inqs on eq, and 2 on TU, now down to 6 on Eq and still pluggin away at B* the rest of them... I also use credit karma to assist for TU but that may take a while as both inq's are new.

IIRC, an issuer may still pull soft on Experian regardless of your freeze.

eta: read this archive from theman2

eta2: more specific data point from ipecac

The answer is maybe. In my recent AOR, I unfroze EX for BOA. Citi pulled TU, I believe because EX was frozen. US Bank insisted I unfreeze EX and then pulled EQ and TU. Wells Fargo pulled EQ and TU.

Does anyone know any other daily pullers? Now only Credit check total and AMEX credit secure are daily pullers. have anyone tried Identity Guard? someone mentioned Privacy Matters Clone. I don't know what it is.

Key My Privacy matters

I tried to pull my daily report using Chase Identity Protect. There was a message:

You must wait 30 day(s) from your most recent new report to request an updated report. If you are within this
period you will be unable to access this link. You pulled your last report 1 day(s) ago.

I called this morning to cancel (888-217-0291... option 3). I was on hold 7 minutes and gave up. I'll wait until next week to cancel.

I tried to pull the reports yesterday and got the same message. Time to cancel it.

jackcrawfish said: I'll wait until next week to cancelIf you want to get a full refund for your current billing cycle, do not wait too long.

e.g. If ChaseIDP bills you 11.95 on the 6th of each month, do not wait till the 4th to cancel. Do it 5 days in advance (or immediately since it is now a worthless service). Cancellation does not take effect immediately and you will still get billed on the 6th for the next period. Also, the cancellation/billing office is not open on the weekend at all.

I got the same message and canceled this morning. They tried to give me some spiel about how they were forced to do this to keep costs down blah blah blah. I told her I will enjoy using AMEX CreditSecure because they offer daily pulls. She didn't have much to say then.

Does anyone have a listing of what states each bureau service? I know Equifax has CSC deal with some states for them. What States are for what bureau?

Thanks.

May plan another small AOR (just for sign up bonus) but not sure how CCT/CS can clean the inquires for TU/EQ (especially EQ without CK).
Or what other service still allow daily pull now?

I have a "grandfathered" NCIP and I still get daily pulls but a friend of mine just signed up and his is monthly. So it appears that all new accounts are monthly. Your only choices now appear to be AMEX Credit Secure and Credit Check Total.

what about keybank myprivacy matters? isn't that still daily?

any updates on b*? I've been pulling daily for a month and half now with no action.

Using CK , Creditsecure, Nat Id protect.
