Who has the best brokerage deal going currently?

I have searched and it appears Fidelity and eTrade are currently the best. Is this true?

Am I missing any good promotions, perks or HIAs?

It depends on what you are looking for in a broker. Cheap trades? There are cheaper than Fidelity and E*Trade.

I have accounts at both firms and I am happy with both.

Looking for a brokerage that also has a HIS option as well as sign on bonuses if possible.

ETRADE looks like the one for me. What is the best current promotion?
