I called their Corporate office in CA last week around 12PM EST, and had a CSR in about 2 minutes. She seemed nice enough, but we still can't figure out why my BillPay Choice trial deposits aren't showing up. Argh. |

I cannot apply the account online. I put the information into the first page and hit "continue to next step" and it is just stuck there. Anyone experienced this? |

Woodsley, I ran into the same problem. My solution was instead of checking yes to "Do you have a ChexSystems record?", just check no. Then it will process you right to the next stage. I am just waiting on the trial deposit for mine and I am done. Good luck. |

Thanks. I could open my account using your solution. Is this normal that at the end ther system said that they received my application and they are reviewing it. In the meantime, I am waiting for my trial deposit.

I ran into the same problem. My solution was instead of checking yes to "Do you have a ChexSystems record?", just check no. Then it will process you right to the next stage. I am just waiting on the trial deposit for mine and I am done. Good luck.

I finally got my $50 bonus on Friday! Completed 3rd $1 Paypal transfer on May 9. Hadn't called yet, had pretty much given up, but they pulled through. |

I opened my account back in January of this year I think and have only received one interest payment of just over $400 on an average balance of about $50k since opening. Does this sound right? How are they applying the interest payments to the account? |

For those doing the $50 bonus, beside the paypal transfer, will another online saving ACH transfer fit the "direct deposit" requirement for this? I know for chase it will but not too sure if it worked too for oneunited. |

Does anyone have the same experience with me? I opened my account on Jun. 10 and the first direct deposit did not happen until Jul.2. They claimed that I did not meet the requirement for the $50 bonus because the first deposit was after Jun.30. From what I understood, you just need open your account before Jun.30 and the terms did not say anything that your first deposit must be before Jun.30.
