I signed up for PM123 and NC IP around the same time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could in fact sign in to the TU dispute site with my old TC credentials. I'm not sure what changed and I've presented all the facts of which I'm aware that might be pertinent. I did yell at a TU rep (only time I ever lost my cool when she kept asking me to read aloud the e-mail message TC sent to me months ago when banning me). Other than that, I'm not sure why I have access and am able to dispute like non-banned people. |

umafuaba said:I had a hard pull on 10/7/2008, as reported to me by AMEX's CreditSecure. I kept track of this thread and this thread and emailed Credit Karma to tell them to remove the inquiry. They wrote me back with their canned response that has already been discussed. I waited for the dust to settle and requested a full report from TransUnion using their dispute link. As of today, October 14, the hard inquiry from October 7 was no longer on my report. Is 10/7/08 the only confirmed day/date that CK accidentally did a hard pull on CK requests? I received an alert from PM123 about a change in my credit but I don't see any new inquiries showing up nor any new accounts. |

I declared bankruptcy with the credit simulator and my simulated score went up. |

The credit simulator isn't perfect. If I add 12 months of on-time payment history, my score goes down 4 points If I allow all cards to become 90 days past-due, my score does not change However, if I declare bankruptcy my score actually does go down. |
