There is a partial list of participating issuers in the drop-down list at http://www.mastercard.com/ezsavings/feedback.html - but not every business MC issued by them qualifies.

As of today, it includes Advanta, BofA, Bank of the West, Barclays, Capital One (Credit/Debit), Chase (Credit/Debit), Citi (Credit/Debit), Fifth Third (Credit/Debit), GE Money, HSBC (Credit/Debit), KeyBank, Citizens, WAMU, Wells Fargo and Other. PNC (not on the list) is eligible, and so is Citi Professional.

I enrolled the CitiBusiness Platinum Select, CitiBusiness AAavantage and CitiBusiness PremierPass into a single profile (via mastercardezsavings.com/citibusiness), but had to create a separate profiles for Citi Professional (via mastercardezsavings.com/citiprofessional), for PNC Biz and for Advanta (via standard URL). BankAtlantic Biz could not be enrolled (at least not via standard URL). I have not tried others.

My Citi Professional can enroll now, I did it today, using the link provided by Professional www.mastercardeasysavings.com/citiprofessional
Citi Business is OK too, using link provided by Business www.mastercardeasysavings.com/citibusiness
Advanta can add use common link now
So end up three profiles.

I can't do chase GM yet, wondering if special link for it?

It is getting hotter as more cards join the program, like Professional, already have Primary auto insurance and 3% auto rental rebate, if you rent from Budget or Avis, this program give you extra 5%, that's sweet.
