After re-reading the offer, I'm not sure weather it is a $50 or a $25 bonus as it says $50 in the T+C but $25 in the headline.

I was confused on the $25 or $50, too. I would bet on $25, since it's the headline. Probably some yo-yo copied old T&Cs from another promo and didn't edit them properly.

I got this offer via an email from AmTrust and it says $50 all over the email, from the headline to the Ts&Cs...no where does it say $25 in the offer/email I received. Maybe it's a mistake, or maybe there are two different targeted offers.

I also got the e-mail with $50 all over it, no mention of $25.

I didn't get the email. This may be targeted. Anyone else NOT get this offer?

I got this email with $50 all over it as well.

It's likely Amtrust targeted this message but fubared the T&Cs.

I got an email that has $25/$50 mix in it, just like the OP's version.

I just got a second one that is purely $25 (no $50 anywhere in it). Anyone giving odds on getting any bonus?

Awesome!

On the other hand, even if it is $25, still not a bad deal. $300 and not much work, I'll go for it.

Ok what is the domain the email is coming from? Mine had address like Am_Trust_Direct@xmr3.com. I wonder if it is genuine. Since I am not sure, I deleted the email and did not click anywhere in it. Maybe I overreact.

Also take a look at what BankDeals has to say about this today.

First, this bank SUCKS. Still to this day they allow you to link/withdraw funds without a password through the backdoor so long as you have the account holder's social and last 4 digits of the account number. Can't quite figure out what kind of monkeys run that bank, but I assure you, they are not SMART monkeys. But we know they are monkeys not only because of the security but because of the fiasco when they double debited everybody's accounts, and then put the money back (except for me, it took days and days and days of pestering them before the money was returned to my account).

Second, for $50.00 I will give them $300 over the course of 3 months while taking out my hundred each month. As far as I can tell there was no requirement to keep the money there, so I feel safe funding my account from Amtrust and ACH'ing the money out from Etrade.

Not that I think the bank should be punished for their stupidity, but I feel like they ought to be punished for their stupidity.

I called to see if I'm eligible since I didn't get an email. The CSR put me on hold to check, and in about 5 minutes she came back and reported that all the emails have not gone out yet. She says that all customers who currently do not have recurring automatic deposits should be getting the email soon, but she wasn't sure about further targeting. At one point she used the phrase "all thirty-nine thousand accounts." She also said that you need the email for the bonus. I hope that I get it. It's a very easy $50.

I got the message with a mix of $25 and $50. It makes me nervous about using a bank that makes a mistake like that on a bankwide message. I still set up the transfers, since its a decent deal whether they end up giving $25 or $50.

I still have not gotten the email with this promo. Anyone else NOT get the email with this offer?
