I have about $800 in my PayPal account which is in the money market fund. It has been that way for many months. I have been getting about $3 interest each month, up until my February 1st monthly dividend. Guess what they gave me. Five Cents!! What's up? I know interest rates have gone down, but their site as of today says 3.99%.

You should start a thread about this. Maybe call it "Paypal dividend mess up."
