Last summer, US Bank (aka, Elan) offered many cards with 0% BT offers and no fees. At some point, they all switched to uncapped fees.
I checked this week - the no fee deals are back. Some examples:
Personal - 0% for 12 months
Baylor alumni
Professional Bull Riders
The Linux Fund
Credit 74ak for the last 2.
Business - 0% for 6 months
Terms for all of these apps say "No Balance Transfer Fees for balances transferred with this application."

Any thoughts on which Baylor card might offer the highest CL?
Just a word of warning, based on my personal experience with US Bank: Their pre-approved offers apparently don't take into account how many hard credit inquiries you have. I had around TU8, Ex10, and Eq15 a few months into my AOR when I tried to take advantage of the offer, and was denied due to too many inquiries.
OTOH, Chase sent me a pre-approved Chase Professional pre-approved offer at about the same time, and I was approved for that card, with a 20K CL. I even already had a Chase GM Business card. Go figure.

25K is common. DW got the cash reward card last summer, but I doubt which card you pick matters.
I applied yesterday. Found out I was approved today, but the CL is unknown.

In general, I think Chase is less uptight about inquiries than smaller outfits like US Bank.

Applied and got the 7-10 days. Might be related to the EX freeze. Did get the BT request after the decision and entered $30K request.

approved for 25K baylor and 15K Woodforest for my biz. i'm going to try to reallocate my 25K from M&T tomorrow. that card is 6 months old. i'll report back.

There is also: "Balance Transfer Fee: 3.00% of the transaction amount, $5.00 minimum". Does this mean I'll get 3% charge if apply on the phone? And I will not get the BT charge if apply through the link.
Just would like to verify.

no, it means BTs normally have uncapped fees, but they will make an exception if you ask for a BT with the application. i'm sure you could do this over the phone as well as through the link. in fact, i bet you can even wait until you get your card to request the initial BT. YMMV, but US Bank tends to be pretty flexible with BTs.
Is there a geographic area restriction for any of these USB cards? I have read that with some other cards (not necessarily USB), some fatwalleters got rejected because their "address was outside of bank's service area".
Yeah, they are flexible...I did one last fall and the CSR said you had 1-2 months after application....my bt didnt go through with the application since it was higher than the limit they gave me and just called at activation to get the no fee offer...I specifically asked for a higher limit with the bt and it was a no go on my end...I have a 15 month offer from a pre-approval...

US Bank itself can be fairly nationwide. Some of the smaller banks, for instance Woodforest, I think won't even let you apply unless you specifiy a site in their lending area.

good catch, I will be going after these in april.
Hopefully I can get 2 out of 4 in april and get the other 2 in november want to space them out.
