Williamstown Bank, located in Williamstown, WV had an ad in the local paper for their rewards checking account which is structured very similarly to the Bank of Toledo Reward Checking Account here.

The only caveat I can see of this offer is that on the application they ask that you drop off the application at one of the locations. It may be possible to fax the application information in but I haven't confirmed this.

EARN Reward Rate 5.76% APY up to $50,000
AND Reward Rate 2.01% APY over $50,000

Base Rate 0.25%APY* If requirements are not met

Reward rate, requirements per statement period:
1) Make 10 Debit Card Transactions
2) Set up One Direct Deposit or ACH auto debit
3) Enroll and receive electronic statements

*5.76% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) paid on balances between one penny and $50,000, and 2.01%APY paid on all amounts above $50,000 each statement period the minimum requirements are met. If you do not meet the requirements per statement period, your account will still function as free checking account earning 0.25%APY; however, it will not receive ATM refunds for that time period. Annual Percentage Yields accurate as of January 8, 2008. We may change the interest rate and APY at any time after the account is opened. No minimum balance required. Available to personal accounts only. No monthly service charge.

**ATM refunds up to $20 per statement period if requirements are met.

Enjoy!
