Associated Bank I know Citi issues the personal card for this bank, but i can't tell if that's true for this Biz card. Also it is only available to residents of IL, WI, IN, MN and MI.

BB&T - According to lhendricks92 he didn't need an existing deposit account but made a branch visit to open up this Biz CC.

Commerce Bancorp As opposed to the other Commerce Bank, this has branches in CT,DC,DE,FL,MD,NJ,NY,PA,VA,and WV as of 3/15/08.
Commerce Bank Commerce has locations in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Oklahoma, and Colorado as of 3/15/08 so I would assume applications are limited to that area but this is unconfirmed.

U.S. Bank Same parent company as Elan which offer alot of Biz cards cobranded from other banks(M&T Bank, Comerica, and Tri-Counties are just 3 examples), though they are the actual underlying issuer of those banks cards so your ability to apply for each of those banks would likely be limited.
Vectra Bank Only available to CO residents.
Wachovia - Wachovia requires a deposit account (personal or business) to apply for a credit card.
Wamu Providian is Issuer
Wells Fargo - Wells Fargo requires a deposit account to apply for a credit card.
