Wht does this mean?? Can i still open account if m not a business gal
It might mean that you have to check that box on the last page about expressing interest in their Business Employee Check Cards. I'm not too thrilled about them calling though. Can you request one later?
I'm being told by a online chat CSR that the code M100BUS still works (it's an old offer), and does not require funding during opening of the account. She says that it just needs to be funded within 30 days of opening the account, and has the same terms of the other offer, $100 gift check within 60 days of opening.

Nevermind, looks like these are all features of the new code, and the Check Card is sent automatically. From the page after submit: 3. If your new account is approved, we encourage you to fund your new account with at least $100 within 90 days. Your account will be opened initially with a $0 balance. Upon funding the account, we will automatically send you a new Bank of America Business Check Card.
theCompDude said: Wow, this offer can be really abused. its limit one bonus per business. I can have hundred's of businesses with zero income!I'd assume it would be one per SS# regardless of if you use different biz names, but otherwise yes, only limited to the number of taxIDs you have to use. But by all means give it a shot and let us know.......

Yes, as that is what you are supposed to use, unless you have an EIN.

Does it mean we MUST deposit minimum $100, or it is recommended to deposit $100 (not required to qualify for the bonus)???
Just thought I'd share my story... I had been looking to open a business checking account for my new LLC and found this bonus on my own, came to FW to post it, and boom, jatan1986 already beat me to it. So I printed out my coupon and went into the branch. Boy, am I glad I did.
I walked in and sat down with a bank officer (I like people connections, esp when doing business), showed her the coupon and she said, "That's a great promo we have going on. Let me see if I can get you more than that, though." Never to tell anyone I don't want free money, I said "Ok!"
By the time I walked out of there I had a total of $270 bonus cash coming to me for opening the account. Here's how:
Got the $100 promo for opening a basic account (apparently you can get this bonus pretty much anytime at BOA just by asking), got extra money for opening a Business Advantage checking account (fee free for 3 months, then you can move down to the standard if you want), extra money for opening a BOFA business credit card (no hit on my credit since it's under the business ESN), and extra money for using my personal account to refer myself for the business checking account.
Total of $220 for the business account and $50 going into my personal account.
ToddC said: Does it mean we MUST deposit minimum $100, or it is recommended to deposit $100 (not required to qualify for the bonus)???The terms doesnt state a minimum amount, but better safe than sorry. Once you deposit the $100, you can pull it back out the next day so there's nothing to loose.

FYI I bypassed the online banking login and entered all information manually so I could fund by CC, and got a hard pull as a result.

Is $100 the max to fund with a cc in your case?

Can you go into more detail about all those additional bonuses? Did you just sppeak to a hungry BOA branch or do these bonuses exist for everyone? Do they really have a referral bonus?
