Sedona, AZ - second home part sale option? Archived From: Finance

I own a second home in Sedona (Oak Creek Village). It is a beatuful retirement area (Red Rock country) close to Grand Canyon. I am looking into options to partially sell the property to co-buyer who would be interested in living in it and managing it - basically making it his/her own home.

Has anyone done such transaction before? Any advice would be welcome.
