I was denied credit. I checked my report. I see a Collections Account that says:
"Placed for collection: 9/2004"
"Date paid: 9/2004"
"Date updated: 11/2007"

This just showed up this month. I have never receuved a notice or anything from this company. I have never had any debt charged-off either. I used a credit monitoring service for 2 years (ending in December) and this has definitely never been there before. I have saved PDFs of my reports to prove it from every month prior to December.

How do I get this removed. The collection agency is listed as the following:
