Do you have to call in or can you add cardmembers online? Is the 1.2 make this a special offer that is different than the usual offer. thanks!

Unless you need miles now, wait for their regular business gold card 25k points deal. Get that, then wait for them to run a promo for whatever % bonus on points-to-miles transfers, I think the last one was 20%. 15k miles for a card isn't a special deal. Better than nothing though I guess.
if you don't want to wait for 25K MR points gold card offer, get this Delta and two starwood cards (Personal & Business) 10K points each. When you transfer 20K points from starwood to any airline you get 5K points bonus.
