I sincerely feel that we should each contact AMEX to bring back the TailorMade program or something similar to it. I personally saved over $150 in 20 days and most of the great stuff I bought, I would have never purchased if I hadn't been a part of this program. I've even heard of some AMEX cardholders getting discounts applied to their card when they didn't even expect it. I know that some members did not get a couple of discounts, but this honestly was a great program. I feel that if enough people contact American Express then they'll create a customer benefit program similar to Tailor Made. To me, the discontinuation of the TM program is a tragedy and I would really like to see this program continue. I do know about one other credit card that offers a similar program and I will probably be switching to that one if AMEX really does have nothing else to offer. But, I would really like to see AMEX take one last stab at it.

Take a couple of seconds to shoot them an email, in the long run it will be worth your time, probably fattening your wallet.

Here's the email I sent, feel free to copy and use it:
"I recently received an email informing me that the TailorMade program was being discontinued. This honestly makes me very sad. The ONLY reason I signed up for an American Express credit card was so that I could be a TailorMade member. I was looking forward to using my first AMEX card for a very long time. This program made me very happy and I know that I would have been a loyal AMEX cardholder for a very long time. I even told me friends to sign up for the Blue Cash card. I would really like this program revived."

Why would anyone rate this red? You would have to be an absolute moron. If it doesn't apply, then move on like normal people do. Don't be the dumbass who adds red because you were too stupid to use it when it existed.

Hi, Moron here! And Dumbass is right behind me (I already added red for him).

IF you really want to start a crusade, post the email you sent, so that other can copy it!

What, you haven't emailed them????

*Where is my "Super Duper Double RED" button!!!*

"I was just wondering why this program had been discontinued. I loved this program. The ONLY reason I signed up for an American Express credit card was so that I could be apart of the Tailormade program. Is there anyway this program can be revived? I'll run it myself if you need someone to manage it. It really was a big asset to the company and drew lots of people to American Express. I know because my friends had also signed up for AMEX cards based on this program."

I actually sent out 2 emails and I figured that individual emails would do more good than the same email from different people. But if it'll help, then here are both of my emails...
