I have a balance on my student account for Spring semester that I am unable to pay. Because I was not enrolled this semester, I did not receive any financial aid. I have called the school's financial aid office and they told me they could not help me since I was not enrolled. What are my options? Do I need to get a private loan? Where can I find the lowest rate?

Nobody answered me there and I don't know what to do. 
So you owe the school money now? You need to go to whatever office deals with collecting $$ and work out a plan.
Planning on going back to school? Tell them what the situation is and they may work with you.
The time for student loans has passed.
