I remember some time ago, there was a member of the year award or something similar in the Hot Deals forum
Why not do the same thing in FWF?

This is not a financial deal but rather a discussion deal, but I thought that it might be better to put it in FWF forum since we'll be choosing a member from the Finacial section and not the overall website.

If there is no interest of it's inappropriate, mods please delete/move this.

Now, I know there are lot of great members here who provide very solid advice, but for this purpose, please pick one. Hopefully this will be fun

So, nominate ONE member from the FWF and give a very short (one line) explanation why you nominating this member. If there is enough interest, maybe we can create a poll from the names mostly nominated in this thread.

I nominate lhendricks92 for his cunniving personality and saucy good looks.

But seriously, it was with his collaboration that I came up with the material for the "Why you should get business credit for your AOR" thread. I think he was definately a main pioneer behind extending business credit to the AOR scheme. 10 months ago, no one really considered doing seperate business AOR's and few understood how it could help. Since then, we've seen lots of success stories and I think business credit will continue to play a greater role in AOR in the future. Not to mention all the great strategies and tips that I've discussed with him in various threads and PM's. A great FWF contributor.

Also, thanks to DavidScubaDiver for getting the Reward Checking enthusiasm going, and all those who keep the list up to date. Also to LH2004 who has helped me with tax info also. Have to thank MH83 once again for the SECU deal also.

in addition, could you also put the name you are nominating in the QS section
if the name is already there, pls add 1 to the number that is already next to the name.
(I'll start it)

I know who I wouldn't pick for MemberMemberMember of the year!

lhendricks92 might be curious about his older sibling, lhendricks82, so I changed 82 to 92, and added my vote for reasons already stated.

Really, though, we should have different categories, just like the Oscars! I want bling, too.

I assume the year is 2007. It's too early to tell for 2008.

If I had to vote for someone for FWF member of the year, it would be LustfortheMoment for all the input she supplied for the FWF community.

I think brianbrianbrain beats simple monkey on stupidity.

Can we have a Fatwallet stupidity award with a large cash prize contingent on not having children? I'll chip in $10.

DaveHanson for balancing the typical "get rich quick" tendencies with a much needed (IMHO) long term perspective.
